The client's previous site was a shallow, dated WordPress install that looked like every other filter distributor and did little more than list a handful of product categories. It gave contractors no practical way to place the detailed, multi-line, multi-job orders that are the reality of commercial filter supply, so ordering still happened entirely by phone and email. The brand's real advantages — local stock, job tagging, and same-day will-call — never came through.
TWT rebuilt the site on WordPress and Bricks with a custom design drawn from the client's brand, and engineered a bespoke Order Form as the hook: a three-step wizard with dependent size and MERV dropdowns, custom-size handling, per-line job tagging, delivery-versus-pickup options, file upload, autosave and save-for-later, and email routing to an editable sales inbox with stored order records in the admin. Everything is native and client-editable in Bricks, backed by LocalBusiness schema, per-page SEO, and 301 redirects that carry the old site's search rankings over to the new URLs.
The launched site gives East Coast Filters a modern, fully mobile-friendly presence that reflects how they actually work, and turns their standout services — job tagging, scheduled delivery, and will-call — into a self-serve ordering experience instead of a phone call. The custom Order Form captures complete, tagged orders with no account required, and the whole site is editable by the client without touching code. TWT handled the full build, content migration, SEO preservation, and the move onto the client's own SiteGround hosting.
